Reporting Issues via the Chat Widget

  1. Click the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of any page on the platform.

  2. Provide a clear description of the issue, including:

    • What you were doing when the issue occurred.

    • Any error messages or unusual behavior you noticed.

    • Screenshots, if applicable, to illustrate the problem.

  3. Submit your report, and our support team will assist you as soon as possible.
