Follow these steps to successfully install and set up our desktop program on Mac!

1. Open up your preferred web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Edge, Opera, Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Vivaldi etc.). Go to our download page: https://cloud.telia.se/download

2. Click 'Mac OS' under Telia Cloud for computers:

3. The app will start downloading. When the download is complete, move the Telia Cloud icon into the "Applications" folder as the window states.

You can usually also find the file in your "Downloads" folder Finder, and start the installation by clicking it.

4. Open Finder and navigate to your Applications folder and start Telia Cloud. This will be the first step to setup Telia Cloud:

1. Click 'Get started'. You will be taken to the Telia Cloud website and asked to fill in your login details and log in:

2. Select the app from the taskbar and read the information on backup and click "Got it":

3. Allow the desktop program access to your folders. Without this, Telia will not be able to back up your content.

4. Name your computer and choose which folders to back up right away. Click 'Next'.

5. Read the information on synchronizing. Click 'Got it'.

6. Choose the location of the Sync-folder, and if you want to synchronize to the computer you're on or not. Click 'Start'.

You are finished!

As soon as Telia Cloud has scanned and uploaded all files in the folders you've added, it will have 'Updated' next to it. You can view the progress at the bottom of the window.
