When it comes to creating the best guest experience, guests are more likely to have a positive experience if they feel a connection with your accommodation. You can make this connection stronger by personalising and branding the tell Charlie. The imagery and colors of your messages play a large role in making a connection between your accommodation and your guests.
Here, we take a look at how to change the look and feel of your messages to improve the experience for your guests.
All of these settings can be changed on the Branding and Signature pages of the Settings menu.
It's a good idea to pick a color that connects tell Charlie's email to the existing branding of your accommodation. This could be the dominant color of your style or a less prominent color that matches with the main image. By testing out different colors you can find out which combination one looks best.
The header image sits at the top of each tell Charlie message and is one of the first things your guests see. You should use an image of your accommodation that guests are able to recognise. A photo that shows the front of the building would be very recognisable so you might choose this to strengthen the connection with your guests. Or you might want to showcase an exceptional feature like the pool or view.
The email signature is an opportunity to personalise your messages and form a connections with your guests. Seeing a name and face lets guests know that there is a real person at the accommodation who cares about their needs.
When creating your signature think about the kind relationship you want to build with your guests. An email received from the Hotel Manager carries more authority while one from the Guest Relations is likely to make the guest feel genuinely cared about.
A note about image resolution
Be sure to pay attention to the size requirements of the images so that they're displayed correctly for your guests.
