Creating farm/field/plantings maps

This article will review how to create a Field Map report.

Printing a Single Field or Planting Map

  1. Click the Feature Navigator and select Growers, Farms & Fields.

  2. Select the Grower and corresponding fields or plantings to print as individual Field or Planting maps.

  3. Select "Print Field Map" or "Print Planting Map" option to generate individual maps of each field or planting. This option will display a field/planting map for each field/planting. One per page, without commodity or variety colors.

  4. After selecting 'Print Field Map' or 'Print Planting Map' the following report will display. One report for each field/planting.


Printing a Combined Field/Planting Map

  1. To print a combined field/planting map, select the arrow icon in the lower right and select 'Print Combined Field Map' or 'Print Combined Planting Map'.

2. In the modal that appears, you have the ability to zoom in or out.

💡The report will print at the current zoom level of the map in this window.

A. Labels - Use the label options to customize which labels display on the map view. Up to 3 labels may be used. This includes; none, code, name, area, lat/long, and tags.

B. Title - Label the map and custom colors using this section. For example, if blue fields are one tank mix and red fields are another tank mix.

A. Add Note - Select 'Add Note' to add custom text to the field map. For example, a Field Entrance or the location of a standpipe. The color and text of a Map Note are customizable after selecting the text.

B. Colors - Change colors individually by selecting the color bar. You can also select if a field is to show on the map or not.

C. Bulk Edit - Use this option to edit multiple field colors at one time.

3. Select 'Print' to download the completed report.
