If a grower doesn't have access to the app or is just fond of paper copies, online scouting reports are the quickest way to be able to print scouting reports. This option also includes Trap Counting Reporting.
Navigate to the list view of fields under the grower or farm level.
Checkmark the fields you want to create reports for.
Click the arrow next to the Print Field Map button.
Choose 'Generate Scouting Report'.
5. Under the Filters section, the same options that display on the app, display online as well.
A. Season - Select a season so the appropriate pests/insects for the desired crop display.
B. Commodities - Select this option if you only want to see a scouting report for a specific commodity.
C. Dates - Such as All, Today, Yesterday, This Year, Custom, etc.
D. Scout - If there are multiple scouts, use this option to filter results by a single scout.
E. Start/End Date - If Custom under Dates is selected, use these options to specify a certain date range.
F. Action Required - Checkmark this option to see Action Required observations only.
G. Observation Items - Select which items to include, such as Crop Condition, Notes, Insect, Foreign Material, etc. (scroll the list to see more).
Report Sections - Rearrange where observation types appear on the report by clicking and dragging them to the desired position
6. Within Trap Status and Trap Information, there are several options related to Trap Count Reporting:
A. Service Due In (Days) - Use this option to see which traps are Due in a certain number of days.
B. Scheduled Service - Options include Bottom Replacement, Cleaning, and Lure Change.
C. Service Overdue - Select this option if you only wish to see Traps with Service which is overdue.
D. Threshold Exceeded - Select this option to see which traps have a Threshold that is exceeded.
E. Count Service - Only includes traps that have a Count Service. If there are traps deployed without a Count Service this will exclude those from the report.
F. Attractant - Filter by Attractant type.
G. Pest Growth Stage - Filter by Adult, Egg, Larva, Nymph, and Pupa.
H. Gender - Such as Any, Male, Female.
I. Target - Filter by a specific Pest.
J. Trap Type - Filter by a specific Trap Type.
7. Report Options allow you to further customize your report.
A. Summarize By - Options include Grower, Farm, Field, Planting. This option allows for customization of how the data is displayed/grouped in sections.
B. Map Display - Select how the map is displayed, if at all.
Full-page: Includes a full-page map of the field at the end of the report
Inline: Displays roughly a half-page map just below the report header
None: No map will be included with the report.
C. Cluster Markers Within (ft) - Select the distance at which markers should be clustered (shown as one pin)
D. Image Options - How your photos are displayed, if at all.
Inline: Displays photos at the bottom of the designated report section
Dedicated Section: Displays photos at the end of the report
None: No photos will be included in the report.
E. Include PDF Attachments - If attachments were added when creating a scouting note, select this option to see those PDFs when generating the scouting report.
F. Display Sections without Data - If you wish to display sections without observations or not.
By default, a report section will be displayed for each of the scouting observations currently visible on the map. For example, if you’re currently viewing only damage observations, a single report section for damage will be in the list.
G. Display Trap Coordinates - If you wish to show the latitude and longitude of the trap on the report.
