This section details how to customize organization settings.
Custom Phases:
This section of Setup is designed for managing custom phase sets. Default Crop Plan Phases include Revenues, Pre-Season, Plant, In-Season, Harvest, Post-Harvest, Other. Custom Phases are created at a location level and then available to all users who have access to the location. If an account only has access to a grower level, they will not see the Custom Phases created at a location level. If a Custom Phase is created at the higher location level, it will carry to the lower location level.
This section displays all available phase sets.
2. Adding a new phase set:
A. Name - Choose a name for the new phase set.
B. Restrict to Commodities - A phase may be restricted to only certain commodities if desired. For example, if a second harvest phase is required for specialty crops, you can limit the "Second Harvest" phase to those crops.
C. Add Sub-Phase - Under each custom phase, you can also add sub-phase sets.
D. Hide Phase - i.e. if you have a permanent crop, the "Plant" phase doesn't apply each year, so you can hide that phase.
