What format do I need my Viper Pro Data in so it can be uploaded to RavenSlingshot?
There are two options for extracting Viper Pro Data from the controller, Copy and Export. Copy is intended for moving files from one Viper Pro to another. Export is intended to export files out of the Viper and uploading into another system, such as Slingshot. Exporting will generate the JDP file, which is the file type needed for uploading into RavenSlingshot.
I am not sure how to locate the Copy or Export option. Do you have any guidance?
Below is an excerpt (page 196 from Viper Pro 3.10) from their manual that shows the screen selection. Users should check Job and Export in the advanced file maintenance screen.
