An employee has been transferred with an occupational pension year to date of £9999999999999.99. This is more than the maximum amount supported in TELUS Farm Payroll and has been changed £9999999999999.99. You don't need to do anything.
Pension Start Date is populated with the migrated tax year start date. Please amend this date accordingly
Employees in the pensioner payroll have been transferred with a different pension start date.
To change the employees pension start date:
Open the required company.
Go to Employees and select the required employee.
Select Pension then Settings.
Select Edit Pension.
Change the Start Date.
Select Update.
Employee is in receipt of an occupational pension but did not have NI letter x.
An employee receiving an occupational pension was found who was not on National Insurance (NI) category X. This has been changed autocratically, you don’t need to do anything.
