Before running the upgrade you must check that the Payroll Calendar in Earnie is correct and completed in full for all schedules used, e.g. monthly, weekly, fortnightly, to prevent the upgrade from failing.
Go to Company - Payroll Calendar.
Select schedule, e.g. monthly.
Verify Payroll Dates (column 2) and Work Periods Start and End Dates (columns 5 and 6) are correct (they must align with your payroll schedule) and complete up to the final period of the current tax year.
โ ๏ธAny blank boxes will cause the upgrade to fail.
Your Payroll Calendar should then look similar to this and must be completed to the end of the tax year.
