ADDING A SITE
Once the app has fully loaded, you’ll be shown the sites overview screen. You can select a site by tapping on its thumbnail. This will load the site and take you further into that site’s details.
To add a new site, press ‘+’.
Enter all relevant information; those with a * are mandatory and you cannot ‘Save’ without completing these data fields.
In this page, all sites you have access to are listed in the column on the left.
You can also view your sites location on the map. This can be useful when establishing what sites are in the local area.
In the top middle, the page will default to ‘Details; to see the map, press ‘Location’.
Any site mapping information entered on the website will be displayed. You can see the site’s central location and field boundaries (if mapped).
To relocate your site’s central location, tap and hold to reposition the pin.
Press ‘Save’ to confirm your changes.
Tap ‘Close’ to navigate back to the page displaying all sites.
ADDING MACHINERY
Press ‘Details’ and tap on the relevant site’s thumbnail.
Tap the actions icon to reveal the sidebar.
Press ‘Manage Machinery.
Press ‘+’ to open the page to enable the addition of new machinery.
Complete all relevant information.
Verify the information is correct and to save, press ‘Manage Machinery’.
A pop-up box will appear; press ‘Save Changes’.
ADDING AN OPERATOR
Press ‘Details’ and tap on the relevant site’s thumbnail.
Tap the actions icon to reveal the sidebar.
Press ‘Manage Operators’.
Press ‘+’ to open the page to enable the addition of a new operator.
Complete all relevant information.
Verify the information is correct and to save, press ‘Manage Operators’.
A pop-up box will appear; press ‘Save Changes’.
