Using retrospective pricing

Retrospective Pricing is used to edit AgChem prices across specific date ranges in the last 365 days.

Fertiliser Prices can be updated directly through plans or activities.

This can be accessed from any screen within a Site.

To access it, click on the 9 squares on the right of your screen:

The Product Tools tab will pop out

Select the drop down at the top in order to switch between:

  • My Plans - Edit prices on plans created by yourself.

  • Activities I can edit - Edit activities which you have permission to edit.

Add your new price in the New Price column, add in the date range to the Apply to Date Range column and the click Update Prices:

Please note:- We recommend updating two or three products at a time, rather than all at once, to avoid loss of work due to connectivity issues or time-outs.

Please note: The 'Apply to Date Range' will only show dates used to -> from ~

Once applied, the date range will be amended, creating 2 different listings and allowing you to further edit the pricing:

Please Note: Retrospective pricing can only be done by the Plans creator. Activities can be done by anyone with the ability to update activities, You will find these settings in the privacy section of site settings.
