In our latest update, we’ve made some changes to the ‘Privacy’ section that is available on each site. Please see below a list of the changes we have made.

Another much requested feature is here! You can now turn off other subscriptions who share your site from being able to see your financial data on both Plans & Orders. Under both, “Who can access my Plans?” and “Who can access my Orders?”, there is now an additional toggle titled “View Financials”. When switching this to off, users of that subscription will not see any financial data in the appropriate screens and their reports.

In addition to the above, there is now a toggle to turn off visibility of your Programmes from other subscriptions which works the same way as Plans and Orders. This new option also includes the option for “View Financials”. Turning this off will mean any users of those subscriptions will not see financial data on the Programmes screen as well as the reports.

You are now able to print maps directly from Greenlight Farm Management. From most mapping screens, there is now a new “Print” button. This will capture a screenshot of how your map is currently laid out, so it is important to ensure you can see everything you want visible in the final print. Once you have clicked the “Print” button, the usual printing options will appear for you.

In addition to the above, there is a second new button allowing you to view maps in full screen. Clicking this will expand the map you are looking at making it even easier to see your fields, crops, etc.

Please note: these new options are not yet available within Inspections – we hope to bring these to you soon.
