Another much requested feature is here! When adding a comment into a plan or spray plan template, you are now able to delete suggested comments that you have previously entered. This is particularly helpful if you want to tidy up and remove any unwanted comments from your list. This does not affect any previous records you have created. In addition, we have made some performance improvements which we hope you will notice.

A few months ago, we added a contact feature into Farm Management. Today, we are pleased to introduce improvements to this area.

After typing most of an email address when creating a new contact, if one already exists on another site with the same email address, a suggestion will appear. Clicking on a contact from this drop down will populate the details for this contact automatically. Additionally, when updating any details on a contact other than the email address, you will be given the choice to apply these changes to other contacts across your sites which have the same email address. This speeds up the process of editing a contact when a detail such as the telephone number has updated.

In our next update, we will also allow the email address to be updated and automatically changed on any matching contacts.
