Generating and Managing Reports in TELUS Food Safety & Quality (TFSQ)
Overview
This guide explains how to access, generate, and manage reports in the TFSQ system. It covers navigating the reports section, generating reports, and setting up favourite reports for quick access.
Accessing Reports
Hover over the Reports section title to see the "All Reports" option
Selecting "All Reports" displays every type of report available in TFSQ
Choosing a Report Type
Hover over each report type to view a textual overview and example report
Click on the report title to generate the report
Generating a Report
After clicking a report title, a new page opens
Choose the data to populate the report (options vary by report type)
Reports provide more value when many TFSQ checks are completed
Generated reports open as a PDF in a new browser tab
Navigating Report Options
The Reports section header defaults to "All Reports" for all users
Additional options can be selected based on user preferences
Setting Up favourite Reports
Users can create shortcuts to their 10 favourite reports
Navigate to the "All Reports" page
Look for the star icon to the left of each report type
Unselected stars appear unfilled and grey
Click the star to make it a favourite (it turns yellow)
favourite reports will be listed when hovering over the Reports section
favourite reports also display in the right column of the "All Reports" page
Tips
During early stages of use, some reports may not contain data
Regularly used reports can be added as favourites for quick access
Remember that report options and availability may vary. As you use TFSQ more extensively and complete more checks, your reports will become increasingly valuable and data-rich.
