To log into Telus Food Safety and Quality, you will need to use the username and password that have been created for you by one of your administrators (not by Telus Agriculture and Consumer Goods). The administrator that creates your account will let you know your username and password, they will also add your email address to the system. Typically, username's have a standard format - your first name, a full stop, and then your last name: yourfirstname.yourlastname (e.g. John.Smith)
If you have forgotten your password for QC Office, you can easily reset it from the login page.
Navigate to the Telus Food Safety and Quality login page for your environment, and click on Reissue Password:
βYou will then need to enter the Email Address that is associated with your user account and press the Submit button.
βPlease ensure that the same email address is not in use for multiple Telus Food Safety and Quality accounts, this will mean manual assistance from the system administrator will be required.
You will then shortly receive an email to your inbox, which will contain a link:
βFollow this link, which will take you back to Telus Food Safety and Quality where you can enter a new password. Once you have entered your new password, click Update to make the change.
βThis will return you to the Telus Food Safety and Quality login page, and from now on can login using your new password.
If you continue to experience issues after requesting a password reset, in the first instance please contact your system administrator who will be able to assist. If they experience difficulties, they can then contact Telus Agriculture and Consumer Goods Support directly.
