Hover over Assessments in the menu and select Assessment Administration from the submenu.
Click the edit button next to the assessment you want to copy or create a new version of.

βPlease Note: Only assessments checked out to you will appear in this screen. If the assessment you want does not appear, return to the Assessment Management screen and check it out.Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select one of the following options from the Function box:
Copy to New Assessment β This will copy the selected assessment but the new assessment will be completely separate and will have a version number of 1.0 and the new assessment name will have version number in brackets, example Asparagus (1).
Create New Version β This will copy the selected assessment and the two assessments will be linked. The new assessment will have a version number of 1 more than the copied assessment.
Create Temporary Assessment - This will copy the selected assessment and the two assessments will be linked. The new assessment will have a version number of 0.1 more than the copied assessment, example Asparagus (1.1). You will be able to specify the date the temporary assessment expires in the Valid To date box that appears.
Click Go and the copied or created assessment will appear in the list above.
For the assessment status, leave as New. Once all amendments have been completed then you can update the status to active; once Active, this will then be available in QC Mobile (Windows and App).
