It is important to remember that the reports in QC Windows Mobile will only include checks done on that individual Windows device which are stored in a local database. Once checks are completed and synchronised, they will be available in TFSQ Office which has a much richer set of reports to choose from. Additionally, TFSQ Office will include all completed checks regardless of which device was used to carry them out.

  1. Click on Reports in the Toolbar.

Choose the report you want to view from the sub-menu that opens. The following reports may be available:

  • Scorecard Report

  • QC Check Report

  • Sampling Report

  • Supplier Profile Report

  • Corrective Action Report

  1. Reports are intuitive; as an example, to create a QC Check Report:

    • Select an Assessment Type to see relevant completed check reports.

    • Select a date range from the Date From and Date To calendar boxes.

    • Select an option of Detailed or Summary Report for a full report on one check or a summarised report collating multiple checks.

    • Select the check(s) you want to create a report for by ticking the box to the left.

    • Click Preview to view the report.

    • You can also choose to Show Corrective Actions and Show Guidance Notes by ticking the relevant options.
