It is possible to log ad hoc Corrective Actions. However, during a TFSQ Check you may find one is automatically triggered. Corrective Actions can be logged and completed as part of the check or can be viewed and completed afterwards by using the Corrective Action Manager screen, as detailed below. Corrective Actions can be assigned to Mobile users or may be assigned to other users outside of QC Mobile. To complete a Corrective Action in Mobile after a check has been completed:

  1. Click on Corrective Actions in the toolbar and select Corrective Action Manager from the submenu.

  2. At the top of the screen, select the status of the Corrective Actions you want to see.

  3. Add a filter (if required) by ticking the Filter Data tick box and selecting a filter.

  4. Change the dates (if required).

  5. Click Refresh to refresh the list.
