Syncing is the process of downloading updates from TFSQ Office to your Mobile device (e.g. assessment changes), and uploading completed TFSQ checks to TFSQ Office.
Your Mobile device can synchronise manually by clicking the Synchronise button in the app. If there is further data to be synchronised down, a prompt will appear, if not interacted with then an automatic sync will run in 20 seconds.
Please note:
You need to be connected to the internet to synchronise your Mobile device.
You can view the date and time of the last sync at the bottom of the Mobile screen. If this date and time is red, this means the device has not been synchronised in the last 24 hours.
Mobile users can also run a manual sync at any time if required using the Greenlight Sync Config Tool.

The mobile application will be closed, and you will return to your desktop. Open the application again and you will see a prompt asking if the update can be installed – Click Yes.
You may see a Windows confirmation message – If you do, click Yes.
The update will install. When the update has finished installing, the QC Mobile application login screen will appear and you can login as normal.
