Facility check headers are slightly different in that you will select the assessment first and then complete the header questions:
Click Assessments in the toolbar and select Facility check.
Choose the assessment from the Select Assessment box at the top of the screen.
Complete the header questions.
Click Start Assessment or press {F9}.
You will navigate to the Assessment tab to continue the check as normal.
