14. At the bottom of the screen, the total score will show (right) and the outcome (middle) will show as Green, Amber or Red.

15. Tap the comments box and the keyboard will appear, allowing you to add any relevant comments, or provide justification for amending the result.
16. There are more options if you press the three dots at the top right of the screen:
Show Specification – If there has been a specification document attached to the check, you will be able to use this option to view the document.
View Guidance – If any text guidance has been attached to the check, you will be able to view this here. If any guidance was attached as a photo, this will appear under Specification.
Save as Draft – Although you may have filled out the TFSQ QC Check, you might need to check further (as example, when carrying out multi checks or shelf life checks). This will remain on the device until it is finalised and completed. The data will upload in TFSQ QC Office when synchronised, however, the TFSQ QC Check status will show as Incomplete until this is finalised.
Complete and Repeat – Using this option will complete your check and open a new assessment, navigating you to its Header and enabling you to perform the same assessment type quicker.
Log Corrective Action – Use when the issue is with the TFSQ QC Check generally and not a specific question.
17. Pressing Complete in the bottom right hand corner will complete the check and return you to the app’s homepage.
Please note:
It is very important to ensure that all the checks you have completed are synchronised before the device is stored away at the end of a shift or passed to a colleague. Muddy Boots recommends users sync their devices after each set of TFSQ QC Checks (sync often during the day), otherwise at the end of the days checking and before logging out run multiple syncs so that all the data is sent to TFSQ QC Office and is up to date for the Administrators.
TFSQ QC Checks saved as draft will transfer their data during a sync, however, it's status will show as Incomplete.
Once your device successfully syncs the completed TFSQ QC Checks, they will remain on your device for seven days.
