QC2 Mobile Application - Logging In

Logging in

  1. Unlock your device and tap the Greenlight QC Mobile icon.

  2. Login using your four-digit DPU code (server ID), as well as your personal Username and Password. Press Login to open the app.

Please Note: You have three attempts before your account is locked.

Before entering the system the first time, the app needs to complete a sync (while connected to Wi-Fi or 3/4G) with QC Office:

NOTE: Telus Agriculture and Consumer Goods recommends the Guidance and Specification ‘sliders’ are moved to the right for the first ‘sync’. You can alter this once you are logged in.

Purchase order/lot data and Intake data are only relevant if your organisation has integrated assessments. If you are unsure then leave these off (to the left).

NOTE: Your device name will help the Telus Agriculture and Consumer Goods support team identify your device if you have any issues. Please use a unique name. If your organisation assign IDs to assets, then please enter the asset ID.

The sync will take a short while to complete:

Once the sync is complete, you will be in the app and see its Dashboard:
