QC2 Mobile Application – Batch Checks (video)

For customers who are integrated with TFSQ and using QC2, there is now a new feature available called ‘Batch Checks’. To enable this option, please contact your account manager.

Batch Checks can be used in scenarios where a large number of products have been ‘visually checked’ and the user wishes to confirm all items have passed the TFSQ QC Check in one go. A new option to ‘select all’ items on the ‘Find Screen’ will be available as well as the option to manually select a group of items and then create a batch of checks. This will result in creating a green check for every item selected in the ‘Find Screen’. Integrated header data will be populated, however, no questions will be filled out, as ‘Batch Checks’ are not intended to replace a full detailed TFSQ Check where the user is required to answer and respond to questions in the assessment.

If an issue is found when visually checking, or the user wishes to carry out a full detailed check by responding to the questions in the assessment, then they can still do this by selecting the item in the Find Screen and continuing to carry out a check as normal.

Batch Checks can therefore be used to speed up the checking process where a visual check is sufficient, removing the need to carry out a full check for every item in the ‘Find Screen’.
