QC2 Mobile Application – Risk Scoring (video)

For customers who are integrated with TFSQ and using QC2, there is now a new feature available called ‘Risk Scoring’. To enable this option, please contact your account manager.

This feature allows customers to associate a Risk Score and RAG Flag with each item via integration. The Risk Score and Flag will then be displayed in the ‘Find Screen’, which the user can use to help prioritise which products to check. The ‘Find Screen’ can also be filtered to show Red or Amber risk products, making it even easier for the user to determine which products should be prioritised for checking.

Risk Scoring can be used by customers who have particular products that are more at risk of deterioration, or have been highlighted as being at risk for any other reason (e.g.: recent issues with the supplier, weather conditions, temperature issues etc.). Currently the Risk Score and Flag need to be provided by the customer as part of the integration.
