From time to time, you may be asked to complete Tasks on behalf of your customers or you may ask your suppliers to complete Tasks for you.
Navigate to the Tasks area from the main dashboard:
Find the Task you have been asked to complete and click 'Show' to expand the activities you need to take a look at:
Once you can see the activities you need to complete, choose the first you are going to do! In this example, we need to upload a GlobalG.A.P certificate - you will notice there is a title to each sub-task and also some guidance on what it is your customer is expecting you to do:
If it's easier, you can upload the file straight to the task - or attach an existing file to the task. If you would like to know how to upload a new file into the system please view this previous Helpful Tip:
For this example, we will attach an existing file instead! Attach existing files will only work for files that are already in the system, perhaps you previously uploaded your GlobalG.A.P certificate for another purpose - this option will save you the time taken to upload a completely new file. Click attach existing file(s):
Then choose the file that is relevant to the task you are completing - you can filter by file type if you have lots of files to find the file required, select it by putting a tick in the box and then click 'Attach':
Once the file is attached to the task, you are able to view or remove it:
The next stage would then be to mark that particular sub-task as complete, and move onto any remaining tasks:
