The Steps

How to Use Your Assistant

  1. To access your Assistant, click the purple Assistant button at the top right corner.

  2. The Assistant will appear with several options:

    • Maintenance Help: Need to submit a maintenance request? The Assistant has you covered. First, it will ask a few simple questions to see if the issue can be fixed right away with quick troubleshooting tips. If not, the Assistant will create a detailed request for your property manager using the information you provided. That means your request gets handled faster—and with all the details needed from the start. Be specific with your details. The more information you give, the more thorough the answers.

      You’ll also be able to track your requests at any time, whether they’re open, in progress, or completed.

    • Payments and Billing: With the Payments & Billing section, you can easily view a clear, detailed summary of your account. The Assistant can guide you through making a payment or answering questions about fees and balances. It’s faster support and fewer delays for you.

    • Leasing Details and Guidance: Get instant access to your essential leasing details. And if you have questions, the Assistant is right there to help explain or guide you through leasing-related matters.

  3. You also have the option to ask your Assistant general questions about your account if they are not related to maintenance requests or payments. Get the answers you need, quickly and efficiently. In addition, you are also able to add images and files if certain issues you are having require visual reference.

Note: The Assistant will not have access to any of your private information, and the information given is private, safe, and secure.
