Re-Enter Your Account Number From Your CashPayments Slip
A T6905 error means the kiosk could not find the account number you entered. Open your CashPayments Slip in your Tenant Portal and re-enter the number exactly as it appears — do not type it from memory. Even one wrong digit will cause this error.
Ask a Store Agent for Help
If the error continues after re-entering your account number, go to the store counter and ask an agent to process your payment manually. The agent can also call Western Union at 1-800-325-6000 on your behalf if they are unable to resolve it.
