Why Can't I Pay the Full Amount at Western Union?

What to do when Western Union will not let you pay your full rent amount in a single cash payment.

Western Union limits each Quick Collect payment to $5,000. If your rent is higher than this, you will need to split it into more than one payment.

Contact Your Property Manager to Enable Partial Payments

To split your payment into multiple transactions, your property manager must turn on Partial Payments for your lease. This is a setting they control — you cannot enable it yourself.

Contact your property manager and let them know you need to make more than one payment to cover your rent. Once they have enabled this, return to your Tenant Portal to get a new CashPayments Slip before going to Western Union.

Note: Each transaction at Western Union still has a $5,000 limit, so you may need to make more than two payments if your rent is significantly higher.
