If you need to update your contact information (which is also your login) on your Tenant Portal, there are several ways you can do this. Most will require that you speak with your property manager, but you can change your email information on your own.
The Steps
Changing your email on the tenant portal
To change your contact email on the tenant portal, click on your name or profile image at the top right corner. Click Login & Password on the popup menu.
Enter your current password to unlock the Login & Password settings and click Unlock.
On the Login & Password Settings window, click Edit next to the Login Email Address field and then enter a new email address.
Click Save.
That's it. Your email has now been updated and that's the email that you will also receive all your rent notifications and any announcements to in the future. Note that this will also be your new login email for your tenant portal.
Changing your phone number or other information
Since you can't change this information on the Tenant Portal, you can notify your Property Manager of the changes. If you have the ability to do so, you can send them a Tenant Request with your updated contact info and they'll be able to make those changes for you.
