Announcements are an important aspect of your Tenant Portal experience. These are mainly communications that the Property Manager sends to you. Depending on how your property manager sends these to you, you'll need to look in one of two places to view them.

Sometimes, your Property Manager may post an announcement directly to your tenant portal homepage. In that instance, all you would need to do is log in and you'll see it right away on the first page. Use the Read More button to view the full contents of the announcement.

You can also view announcements from the Announcements page. Click More on the menu and then click Announcements. This will take you to the Announcements page. Here you'll see all your Property Manager's announcements in chronological order. These will be announcements that haven't expired yet. Click the Read More link to view the announcement's full contents.

If you are using the DoorLoop app, you'll receive a push notification informing you that a new announcement was posted to your tenant portal.
