Overview

Your property manager might send you files or documents from time to time to your tenant portal. Here's where you will be able to find those files and documents.

View files and documents in the My Files section

Your tenant portal has a dedicated My File section to view files that are shared with you from your property manager. This section will only appear if your property manager has given access to this. You can find this under More > My Files on the menu bar.

Clicking on the file will show a preview of it. If you use the 3-dots icon to the right of each file, you'll be able to download the file.

View files and documents on an announcement

One of the places where your property manager might send you files and documents is in an Announcement. You will need to click the Read More link on an announcement to view it in more detail and to view the attached file or document. For more details on how to view announcements, read this article: How to View Announcements From Your Property Manager on the Tenant Portal.

View files and documents attached to a lease transaction

The second place to view attached files and documents is in a lease transaction. You would click on the Payments button on your menu which will take you to your lease ledger. For any transaction that has a file or document attached to it, you will see a paper clip icon next to it. You'll be able to view these files by clicking the Paper Clip icon and downloading the file. For more information about viewing the Payments page, read this article: How to View Your Payments on the Tenant Portal.
