Overview
If you already have a renters insurance policy, you can easily upload that information to the tenant portal. Follow the steps below to upload your insurance.
The Steps
To upload your renter's insurance information, click the Get a Quote.
On the Lemonade window, click "I already have insurance."
On the new Insurance Policy window, enter all the information required. You can also upload a copy of your policy here.
Click Save to finish.
Once you save, your insurance information will show on your tenant portal. The property manager will also have a copy of the information for their records.
