A non-sufficient funds (NSF), is a bank error code for sending money via ACH, when there isn’t enough money in your account. When a payment is sent without funds to cover the payment a charge is created referred to as an NSF Fee. The Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) fee of $15 and will be added to Tenant’s outstanding balance for each failed occurrence.
