How do I view my rental?

Viewing rental information as a tenant

Once you are connected with your landlord/property manager, you must have a shared lease in order to view the rental information, pay rent online, submit maintenance requests, and much more.

Browser Instructions

To view your rental information, go to the "Dashboard" from the left side menu and switch to the Leases tab. Here you can see the list of leases shared with you by your landlord or property manager. You can view all your leases in the list:

If your landlord has required you to e-sign the lease agreement and/or to provide renters insurance and/or set up utilitiess, you can do it right from the Dashboard or by going to Leases > View > Get insurance/Sign agreement/Set up utilities:

If the lease is in any other status, e.g., "Ended", "Past", you can click "View " to learn more about the lease.

Press the "Request repair” button to submit a new maintenance request to your landlord or go to the Maintenance page to proceed.

For more information, go to:

You can also pay your rent online if you are connected with your landlord and have a shared, active lease. To do that, click on the "Pay online" button. You will be redirected to a checkout page listing all unpaid invoices linked to the lease. You can also check all the invoices on the Rent page.

If you would like to pay rent in advance but the invoice has not yet been posted, you can generate the next invoice yourself.

To do so, click “View” next to the required lease, go to the “Lease transactions” tab, click on the three dots near the invoice, and select the "Publish next invoice” option. You can also enable the Autopay option here or right on the general lease information section.

Note! The steps below must be followed or the "publish next invoice" button won't be shown on your lease:

  • You must be connected to your landlord.

  • Leases must be active & shared.

  • All previous invoices must be paid in full so that no open invoices are available.

On the Tenants tab you can enable Rent Reporting to boost your credit score:
