How do I view lease information?

Viewing lease information as a tenant

On your Dashboard, you can see a list of leases shared with you by your landlord or property manager.
Expand the needed section to see the instructions:

Browser instructions

You can view detailed lease information by clicking on the View button next to the lease you are interested in:


If your landlord has required you to e-sign the lease agreement and/or to provide renters insurance and/or turn on your utilities, you can do it right from the Dashboard or by going to Leases > view > Get insurance/Sign agreement/Set up utilities:

In order to view your rental information, you must be connected with your landlord and have a shared, active lease.

Note! If you cannot find the lease information, contact your landlord/property manager via Messenger and ask them to share the lease with you. Your landlord/property manager can share a lease with you or require you to sign an agreement. If the lease is shared, no further action from you is required.

The rental information is divided into the following tabs:

Tenants

This tab contains the Additional services section where you can enable/disable the Rent reporting option.

Tenant Information and Dependants sections which show the information about your roommates and dependent’s personal information.

Lease transactions

This tab includes everything related to accounting and invoices.

In the Recurring transactions section you can see the list of recurring transactions related to the lease. You can click on the three-dots menu and access options such as posting the next invoice in advance or setting up auto-pay:

You can also enable Autopay for the main rent recurring right on top of the lease information card.

In the Extra fees section, you can find information on late fees (if any).

The Payment options section shows the online payment options (bank and/or card payments) that are allowed by your landlord.

Agreements

This tab displays the list of shared attachments, agreements, and files uploaded by your landlord. You can download any attachment.

Insurance

This tab allows you to view and edit the renters insurance information you provided while signing the lease agreement.

Utilities

The Utilities tab includes two sections: the Responsibility section, where you can view the utilities that you and your landlord are responsible for paying and maintaining, and the Utilities section, where you can set up utilities requested by the landlord or review those that have already been configured by the landlord.

Mobile App Instructions

To see the detailed lease information, open your app on the Rent screen and choose the "My Leases" tab. Then, click on the needed lease to open it:

If your landlord has required you to e-sign the lease agreement and/or to provide renters insurance and/or turn on your utilities, you can do it right from the Home screen or directly in the lease preview.

Note! To purchase insurance (if required by your landlord) or to view details of an existing active policy, you will need to use the web version of the system.
The insurance status in the app lease preview will show whether it has been requested by your landlord or whether you already have an active policy that was purchased earlier.

The top of the screen displays general lease information, including the property address, tenants, rent amount, and lease terms.

Right here, you can use the quick contact buttons to call or message your landlord:

The Financial section contains everything related to accounting and invoices. You can view the available payment options, grace period, late fees and recurring payments.

By clicking the "View invoices" button, you will be redirected to a list of all invoices related to the lease, where you can also make online payments. Be sure to check the filters applied.

The invoices preview also gives you an option to add a payment method, whether it's a credit card or a bank account.

The responsibilities section contains information on what you and your landlord are responsible for paying and maintaining based on the lease.

The last section is Utility providers, where you can set up utilities requested by the landlord or review those that have already been configured by the landlord.
