To communicate and transact with your landlord or property manager, you must be connected in the system.
Ways to Get Connected
1. Receive an Invitation from Your Landlord
Your landlord or property manager sends a connection request to your email. Open the email and click the button/link to access the system portal.
Next, complete the onboarding form. The system will automatically connect you with your landlord.
2. Sign Up on Your Own (Self-Initiated)
Go to the website and click to sign up. When asked “Are you looking for a new place?”, click “No” if you already have a landlord.
Enter your landlord’s email address and click “Next”.
The system will notify your landlord and request to connect. Once they approve, you’ll be automatically connected. You will receive a confirmation email and a news feed notification.
Accepting a Connection Request
If your landlord sends a connection request, you can:
Find it in your news feed and click to accept:
Or, locate the email notification, click the link, sign in, and accept the request.
