Learn about the Occupancy Board

Updated over a week ago

The Occupancy Board is a powerful tool designed to help landlords and property managers efficiently track and manage property occupancy. This feature provides a visual overview of all your properties, units, and associated leases, making it easier to stay on top of move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and vacancy periods.

To find the page, open the Renters page from the Property Operations left-side menu and switch to the Occupancy Board tab.

Note! Check pricing for limits associated with your selected subscription plan.

The Occupancy Board displays your properties and units with their related leases. It organizes lease data into a simple, color-coded timeline that allows you to quickly assess the occupancy status of each unit and better plan for upcoming transitions.

Note! The bracket displays the previous two months up to the next two years. Only leases with Active, Future, and Ended statuses are shown.

This section shows the lease duration, including the lease start and end dates. A warning icon will appear for leases that are set to expire within three months.

Click the icon to view the exact number of days remaining until the lease ends, and to initiate the renewal process if necessary.

With the Occupancy Board, you’ll always know what’s happening with your rental units, so you can act quickly and keep your portfolio performing at its best.
