Service Pros have the opportunity to receive rewards for promoting the service to their interested friends. All the rewards you receive for your qualified referrals land in your affiliate program balance.
Once the balance reaches $50, you will be able to withdraw the funds. The commission is always equal to the monthly price of the landlord subscription.
The receiver (affiliate) is responsible for the convenience fee. The maximum amount you can withdraw at any one time is $500 per day.
You cannot withdraw the reward twice a day. Once a payment is initiated, you will be able to initiate a second payment on the following day.
In order to withdraw funds from your balance, click on your profile picture and select Settings, choose “Promotions & Balance” in the "Affiliate Program" section:
Check your balance. If it is $50 or more and the "Withdraw" button is active, contact our Support Team at support@tenantcloud.com to proceed with the withdrawal.
All payout transactions that are requested for your account will be displayed on the "Payout Activity" tab, where you can look at the transfer date (when you requested the withdrawal), the status (pending, processed, or failed) and the exact amount that was withdrawn.
