How do I mark a transaction as paid?

In order to mark an invoice as paid, go to the Transactions page and select the invoice in question.

Alternatively, you can open the Revenues/Expenses page -> Invoices tab to proceed with the needed invoice.

Click the ''Mark as paid'' button in the upper right corner of the page:

Select the "Date Paid", "Amount paid", "Payment account" and "Method", enter details and upload documents and templates if necessary.

If you received a partial amount, you may provide this amount in the "Amount paid" field, and the invoice balance will be decreased for that amount. You will be able to mark this invoice as paid again till the balance is fully paid off.

Press the "Confirm" button once everything is filled out.

You can also mark the invoice as paid while creating the invoice. For that, enable the "Mark as paid" toggle button:
