To connect an owner, open the Owner Financials page from the Financials left-side menu and switch to the Owners tab. Then select the owner by clicking on the "View profile” link at the bottom of the contact tile.
Note! The Individual Owner Portal is available only for the "Property Manager" portal.
Before connecting with an owner, you must add the person to your contacts.
In the top right corner from the Action dots menu, click on "Send Connection". Check the owner's email or enter one if you haven't done so yet. Click the "Send Request" button:
Once the owner accepts your request, you will receive a notification. If the owner doesn't accept the connection request, you can select the "Resend Connection" option in 24 hours:
Once the connection request is established, you will be able to communicate via Messenger, make payments within the system, and owners will be able to see all the related information on their end.
Tip: A green icon on the owner's card means that you’re connected, while a grey icon means that you are not connected, or that the invitation is still pending.
