KeySavvy operates as a licensed dealer and handles the buying transaction between the seller and the buyer. Through Keysavvy's website, the buyer is able to generate a purchase agreement. The buyer can also include a down payment, which is made to Keysavvy directly and held in an escrow account before it is released to the seller.
Once the loan has been fully reviewed, approved, and signed, Tenet will wire the financing amount to Keysavvy.
In short, it allows private sales to have the security and convenience of a dealership transaction without the typical dealership pricing.
