Turning a quote into a production order
Step 1: Go to your order requests
Navigate to Commerce > Production requests & quotes |
Here, you will see a list of all quotes and production requests. To view more details, click on “View” on any request to see the single order details.
Step 2: Open the quote
Click on any request to view the full details, including:
Client contact information.
Attached documents or notes.
Requested products, quantities, and pricing.
Optional client comments.
Step 3: Review and manage the quote
Within the quote page, you can:
Approve the quote
Edit or remove listed products
Send a message to the client directly from the platform to clarify or confirm details
Step 4: Convert the quote into a production order
Once the client approves the quote:
The system will notify you within the quote page that it’s ready to be converted into a production order.
You must simply click on the “Create production order” button on the top right of the quote page.
The quote will now be converted into a production order, and you’ll see a detailed page with everything you need to fulfill it (product details, delivery address, timeline, etc.).
Note: Payments for production orders are not processed through Tengiva.
