How your company profile will look in the marketplace

Each number below corresponds to what you can edit and customize.
(You'll find full instructions for each in this article)

Directory view
Where buyers first discover your company among other suppliers.



Full profile view
The full page buyers see when they click on "View supplier". You may share this direct URL with your clients, showcase it on your website, and post it on your social media.



1) Upload your logo

Navigate My Business > Business Details > Branding.

  • Horizontal layout is recommended.

  • Optimal dimensions: 500px (width) x 48px (height).

  • Max size: 500 KB.

  • Accepted file types: Transparent PNG or JPG with a white background.

Tip: Use a high-resolution file to ensure your logo looks sharp and professional across all devices.



2) Banner image

This image will be displayed as a header (at the top) background on your profile.

  • Max size: 1MB

  • Recommended dimensions: 2880px wide × 800px high

  • File format: JPG or PNG

3) Add your company information

Navigate My Business > Business Details > Company profile

A short brand description

Appears at the top of your dedicated profile space.

Tip: Buyers want to quickly get familiar with your brand and what you offer. Make sure your description is clear, professional, and focused on your products and values.

4) Social media links

Displayed as clickable icons at the bottom of your profile, allowing buyers to explore more about your brand and stay connected.


5) Marketing material

Navigate to My business > Marketing material

  • Under "My drive," Click on the "Marketing assets" folder. This will take you to the Company marketing material page.

  • On the company marketing material page. Click on the bottom right button "Upload media" and select "Misc." for the category.

  • After your file has been successfully uploaded, you need to make it public by clicking on the toggle.

    • When blue, it means it is public.

    • When grey, it means it is private.
