Tennisrungs allows you to easily inform your players of your house rules and even email them.  To do this, click the "Edit Ladder Rules" on the Ladder Admin menu.

Here you see will the "Default" rules based on your ladder preferences.
You can also add to or replace these default rules by adding Custom Rules:

To go back in and add to your Custom Rules Click Edit Ladder Details

And now click EDIT LADDER RULES

To email your rules, click the Email Rules option:

Simply choose the players to email and click Send Email(s).
