Introduction to the Productivity Reports
The Productivity reports let you track employee productivity and performance. They show productive, unproductive, active and idle time, and how much you are spending on employee wages/salary.
The Productivity reports aggregate data from the activity monitoring, employee profiles, app/websites classification and other configurations such as departments, schedules, user input from the Revealed Agent, etc.
To get an accurate report on employee productivity, make sure you have the following set up properly:
Ensure you have created productivity profiles to classify productive/unproductive web pages/apps.
You have set up the wages/salary in the employee's profile. To do so: select the EMPLOYEES menu. Select an employee from the list. Click the EDIT INFO button. You can set the pay RATE on the PERSONAL INFO tab.
Accessing the Productivity Reports
1. Hover over the PRODUCTIVITY menu, then
2. Click the Overview or the Time Worked sub-menu.

Summary vs. Detailed View
When viewing the report for multiple days, you can expand a row to view details for each day in addition to a summary of all days.
1. Click the up/down arrow button at the right side of a user’s row to expand/collapse it.
2. When expanded (Detailed View), each date is shown in separate rows in addition to a summary for all days.
3. When collapsed (Summary View), the dates are aggregated into a single row for each employee.
Difference between the Overview and Time Worked Productivity reports
The two reports show most of the same totals/metrics but there are some important differences.
The Time Worked report will show the employee's average activity as a color graph as seen in the screenshots above, whereas the Overview report has a simpler graph.
The Time Worked report will also list the Active Hours total in addition to the Activity percentage seen in both reports.
Unlike the Time Worked report, the Overview report will list the total session time (the overall period of time an employee is logged into their user account (hidden agent) or the period of time logged into a revealed agent.
There can be some slight differences in totals between the two reports, especially with the activity percentages and this is due to the data sources each report relies on. The Overview report uses the main monitoring database for reporting data. However, the Time Worked report uses the BI Reports database and the BI reports sync at different intervals. This also means the results for the current day in progress won't be as current in the Time Worked report compared to the Overview report.
