Scheduling a Multi-Day Ticket

Step 1: Create a new ticket OR navigate to the Tickets page and start scheduling a ticket that hasn't yet been scheduled.

Step 2: Click Schedule Work Order.

Step 3: Create the calendar appointment and confirm the team. You can create multiple appointments with different crew members within each ticket. For example, one person might be on the job on Tuesday and 3 different people might be on the job on Wednesday.

Helpful Guide For a multi-day ticket, make multiple Calendar Appointments by navigating to the desired day and creating another appointment. Do NOT create one appointment with a different Start / End date (this will appear as overnight work in the calendar)

Step 4: After selecting Save, click Notify or Do Not Notify to send an email to the crew that's been scheduled on the job. These jobs will also appear on their calendar.
