Preventative Maintenance Jobs

After a service ticket has been completed in the field, a crew member will “re-assign” the ticket to someone in the office. At this point, the ticket moves from “In Progress” to “Under Review”

Step 1: Select a ticket that is “Under Review” and “Assigned to You” on the Home Page or on the Tickets Table

Step 2: Review the work in the field by expanding each collapsed section. Carefully review “Time and Materials Used”. Edit the ticket if necessary. Select “Start” on the Pricing section when ready.

Step 3: Confirm all the fields in blue. These fields are either pre-filled from the “Time and Materials Used” section or directly from the Admin “Billing and Reports” tab. These can all be updated within the Pricing section for each ticket.

Step 4: Select “Invoice for Total” if you’d like a one-line invoice with the price charged to the customer OR select “Invoice by Line Item” if you’d like the invoice broken out by single line items for the customer.

Step 5: Add an Invoice number and confirm everything looks right. Select “Complete” to generate an invoice.

Step 6: Download PDF and “Save as PDF”. Then send to customer.

Congrats! You’ve successfully priced a ticket and generated an invoice in the system.
