This guide covers how to connect your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account to Terial. Once connected, you can sync invoices and customer data between the two platforms.

Step 1: Admins navigate to the Admin Portal → Integrations. Select Edit and press 'Connect to QuickBooks Online.'

Step 2: You'll be prompted to log into QuickBooks. Authorize the connection by selecting your company (associated with Terial) in the dropdown and hit Next.

Step 3: Select Connect.

Step 4: Edit the page to update your invoice defaults - Service Line Item, Production Line Item and Class. Click Save to finalize your setup.
