How do I handle customer service?

You control the customer service for all purchases made on your site. We recommend that you consult the default Terms of Use policy in the Settings section of your site to make sure you have clarified all policies for refunds, etc for visitors to your site. Make sure that there is a contact form or other communication method enabled for buyers to get in touch with you.
