If you're receiving an error message when you input your ISBN into the Tertulia sitebuilder, it usually just means your book is not live on Amazon yet. Our software uses the ISBN/ASIN number to pull in metadata attached to your book in Amazon.
If your book is not being sold on Amazon OR isn't live on Amazon yet, your ISBN won't be recognized by our importer. The workaround for this is to get started with your site by going here instead: https://authors.tertulia.com/onboarding/stage-publishing-journey. And if you already have a site and are looking to import a new book, you should choose to manually add the book to the editor (go to + Add > Manually Add > enter the book information).
